such a tired session...pnye la mengah...skipping...nk menurun kn brt bdn pnye pasal...today was a 3rd day that I've went for the skipping session...pergh...target : dcrease 5kg for tis month n hopefully over than that...heee...blgk la pule...(jap...tkar style duduk)

org kata pas execise tak leh duduk, nti montot mesya...hehe...skipping'...again n again...i will try to hapdet the session for myself references...semangat la sgt...kihkih
